**Your Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Drive clinical use of the new POC system and all existing POC products, ensuring all stakeholders are confident and competent.
- POC IT middleware implementation with excellent technical expertise of IT middleware systems and Hospital IT combined with deep understanding of clinical use, experience from the POC segment and hospital workflows is preferable.
- Achieve installations to agreed timelines and quality including performing relevant configuration, system optimization, assay validation and instrument software updates/upgrades.
- Provide technical and clinical information (POC Product & IT middleware) to the customer to provide better customer and patient outcomes.
- Prepare, set up and deliver clinical/product training as per customer requirements.
- Experience in LAB / POC instrument’s service including installation, required maintenance and hardware troubleshooting.

**Your Qualifications and Experience**
- BS/BA required in related discipline or equivalent (Engineering or IT)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Healthcare Lab device service and informatics (Preferably POC).
- Physical Network concepts: MAC Addressing; Encapsulation; LANs; VLANs; WANs; switching; bridging; Internet access technologies.
- Security concepts: CIA; Encryption; Authentication; Certificates; HIPAA; Firewalls; DMZ; HTTPS.
- Cisco Certified Networking Associate Level considered a plus.
- Excels at building rapport and working cross-functionally, multi-tasking, organization, and time management.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office are preferable.
- Experience with LIS/HIS solutions implementation and integrations.
- Approximately 50% field travel will be required.
