Our client, a leading multinational company in the construction industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Manager to oversee their operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on managing and growing the business in the region, including the development of a greenfield project.

As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, overall performance, and profitability of the company in Jeddah. This includes overseeing all aspects of operations, business development, project management, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete management of a large greenfield project in Jeddah, from initial planning to final construction and implementation of all new internal structures
- Oversee the successful execution of a greenfield project, including site selection, permitting, and construction
- Develop and implement the company's business plan and strategy for Jeddah, in alignment with the overall company objectives
- Manage and oversee all operations, including project execution, financial performance, and resource management
- Identify potential business opportunities, analyze market conditions, and develop strong client relationships to drive business growth
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and career development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies and procedures
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for the Jeddah operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks
- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry forums, promoting its services and expertise

**Requirements**:

- At least 15 years of experience in relevant positions
- Proven experience as a Country Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of the construction market in Jeddah and Saudi Arabia, including local regulations and business practices
- Prior experience in managing a greenfield project is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving financial targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and government authorities
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality projects
- Fluency in English and Arabic are required
- Must be a Saudi national
