**Senior Manager EMS Vendor Management**

NEOM THE LINE

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Manages the day-to-day operational performance of the appointed third-party vendor in response to all Emergency Service Incidents and oversight of the management of the appointed contractor for emergency services, to ensure contractual compliance and compliance NEOM standards and KSA legislation.
- Collaborate with the appointed vendor for the provision of Emergency Response Services to the project.
- Investigate and report the findings in any Incidents pertaining to Emergency Response.
- Ensure Operational compliance to the awarded contract and the associated NEOM Standards.
- Assist with periodic review and update of technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows) and oversee compliance requirements for same.
- Assist and cooperate where required with internal or external auditing of Document Control sections across NEOM projects.
- Support the Integrated Control Center (ICC) daily.
- Push for a continuous process improvements and efficiencies.
- Perform audits of Response Vehicles, Equipment and Personnel to ensure project compliance.
- Organize training sessions for project team members and vendors to ensure continual operational performance.
- Work closely with IT to ensure efficient continuity of the electronic document management system
- Draft weekly/monthly vendor performance reports for deliver to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Support the Project Directors at all times.
- Always fulfill all reasonable requests to the best of your abilities.

**What Required Skills You’ll Bring**
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in a large corporate or governmental organization
- Minimum +6 years as a Military Combat Medic and/or Trauma Unit experience in a Major Metropolitan Community
- BSc Emergency Medicine or associated Medical Care field Preferred

**What Desired Skills You’ll Bring**
- 20 years of professional experience is required, with a preference for a blend of both operational medical experience and construction/engineering program experience (although not essential).
- Extensive experience is essential with proficiency skillset honed in a unit of a major metropolitan area (civilian) and/or as a special forces/conventional forces combat medic/frontline medical provider (military).
- Experience in developing organizational policies and procedures and driving operational efficiencies will be essential, with the ability to facilitate performance effectiveness across organizational responsibilities and activities.
- Must demonstrate critical thinking capabilities, with the ability to work under extreme pressure to demanding timescales and clear and effective communication abilities.
- Operational understanding of Care Quality Commission and or National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
- Proven track record of experience as a Manager
- Proficiency in MS Office Platforms.
- Experience interfacing with Third Party vendors
- Excellent understanding of project management challenges and working within an Austere Environment.
- Excellent problem solving skills with an ability to provide step-by-step detailed advice and solutions for remedying deficiencies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with an ability to articulate clearly and concisely issues and proposed risk mitigation or solutions
