**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in software project management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
