Software Project Coordinator

Adree is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist the project manager in the planning and execution of software development projects, ensuring that project goals are met on time and within scope.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinating project activities and resources between various teams.
- Tracking project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to the project manager.
- Facilitating communication among project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and management.
- Organizing project meetings and preparing documentation, including meeting notes and action items.
- Identifying and escalating project issues and risks as needed.
- Maintaining project documentation and ensuring that all records are up to date.
- Supporting the project manager in resource allocation and scheduling.
- Assisting with quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Contributing to process improvements and best practices within the project team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or support roles, preferably in a software development environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (such as Jira or Trello) is desirable.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
