**Client Services Department Job Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments, including gathering necessary information and offering reminder calls.
- Greet patients warmly and professionally, upon arrival and departure.
- Effectively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues independently or by escalating to the appropriate department.
- Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
- Answer patient questions about procedures, wait times, and billing in a clear and informative way.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client service or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
