We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the system integrator field and a focus on Audio Visual Systems. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven ability to lead sales teams, develop strategic business initiatives, and foster key client relationships to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team for optimal performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Expand the sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the bidding process and collaborate with pre-sales teams.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to shape strategies.
- Coordinate demos and pilot projects with the technical team.
- Ensure efficient order processing, invoicing, and payment collection.
- Address customer issues to maintain satisfaction and continuity.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in any related field & (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, including 3+ years in a managerial role within the system integrator field.
- Arabic proficiency is must

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
