**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and conduct regular inspections and audits of ongoing projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international quality standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to define quality objectives.

- Analyze quality performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in quality management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 20 years of experience in QA/QC management, particularly within the construction sector.
- Strong understanding of quality standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quality management certifications are a plus.
- Established track record with PMC and Main Contractors would be a suitable background.
- Construction project experience from inception through to finishes/fit out would be preferred.
- Construction, PMC, or Main Contractors will be preferred
