Our Landscaping Team is looking for a **QA/QC Specialist** who will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive QA/QC plans for assigned projects

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and other contract documents to identify quality requirements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans for assigned projects.
- Conduct inspections of all phases of construction, including materials, workmanship, and compliance with codes and standards.
- Identify and document non-conformance issues and work with contractors to develop corrective actions.
- Verify the completion of corrective actions and ensure all deficiencies are resolved.
- Maintain detailed inspection records and reports.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings, progress meetings, and handover meetings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant building codes, fire safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and materials used in interior fit-out projects.
- May assist with the preparation of submittals and shop drawings.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- **Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure and landscape projects..**:

- Excellent knowledge of relevant building codes and fire safety regulations.
- Proficient in the use of construction quality management software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document non-conformances.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
