- The main accountabilities not exclusively will be:
- Coordinating the CEO’s agenda and following it up to ensure that all meetings and appointments are attended without conflict.
- Carrying out internal and external correspondence issued by the CEO's office to inform the concerned persons.
- Ending paperwork related to clients for approval.
- Archiving documents, incoming and outgoing mail and special contracts as requested in a way that ensures their safety and speedy access to them when needed.
- Comunicate CEO's instructions to the departments' managers and those concerned to ensure their implementation
- Processing telephone calls and receiving external parties and the visitors to determine the purpose and follow-up
