provides support in project planning and implementation and coordinates day-to-day tasks.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1.Recommends a best-approach strategic programs, and projects, including processes and models.

2.Assists with the development of the assigned programs and liaises the strategic projects in the Hospital.

3.Coordinates with Program Champions, Project Directors and Project Teams, and provides support and advice on defining, planning, managing and reviewing all strategic projects.

4.Prepares comprehensive reports on projects and recommends courses of action.

5.Applies appropriate project management tools, including reporting and monitoring systems.

6.Provides analytical reports related to the Department’s functions based on the Hospital’s mission and operational needs.

7.Develops and maintains the Department’s Internal Policies and/or Procedures (IPPs).

8.Develops, records and reports on project plans and progress.

9.Attends meetings or committees as assigned.

10.Provides support to the process of Strategic Roadmap performance reporting.

11.Provides review and benchmark of the institution project management processes as required.

12.Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.

13.Participates in self and other’s education, training and development, as applicable.

14.Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Education**:
PhD, Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration Health Care Administration or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Six (6) years with PhD, nine (9) years with Master’s or eleven (11) years with Bachelor’s Degree of related experience including four (4) years in a senior or supervisory position in strategic planning/project management process, development, promotion and outcomes in a complex hospital, health care institution, government institution, business corporation, or related organization is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:

- Must be certified Project Manager (PMP).
- Computer literate and statistics’ competent required.
- Saudi national only.
