**Sustainability Manager**

Location**:Jeddah, Saudi Arabia**

**Experience**: 8-10 Years of experience in Logistics Constructions Development

**Education**: BSc in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field, Master's degree is preferred)

**Languages**:English and Arabic (preferred)

**Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Lead the organization's efforts to integrate sustainable practices and environmental stewardship into its real estate and logistics operations.
- Develop and execute the company's sustainability strategy for real estate and logistics operations, in alignment with the organization's overall sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for reducing environmental impact, increasing energy efficiency, and improving waste management across real estate and logistics activities.
- Lead efforts to achieve and maintain relevant sustainability certifications and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators related to sustainability, providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify innovative solutions and technologies that promote sustainability in real estate development, construction, transportation, and logistics operations.
- Establish partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to promote sustainable practices throughout the supply chain.
- Develop and deliver sustainability training programs to raise awareness and encourage employee engagement.
- Collaborate with community stakeholders, Non-Governmental Organizations NGOs, and governmental bodies to foster positive relationships and contribute to local sustainability initiatives.
- Manage sustainability reporting and disclosures, ensuring accurate and transparent communication of the organization's sustainability performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging regulations related to sustainability in real estate and logistics.
- Employees duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of sustainable practices, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute sustainability projects effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess environmental impact and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP) and environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001).
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices and green certifications (e.g., LEED).
