Sustainability Manager

We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Sustainability Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with local and international environmental regulations, and driving our commitment to responsible business practices.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with organizational goals and local Saudi Arabian environmental initiatives
- Lead and coordinate sustainability projects across various departments, fostering a collaborative approach to environmental stewardship
- Conduct regular sustainability assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Create and maintain sustainability metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and report on achievements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainable practices and build partnerships for environmental initiatives
- Develop and deliver sustainability training programs to educate employees and raise awareness about environmental issues
- Stay up-to-date with emerging sustainability trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our environmental performance
- Prepare and present regular reports on sustainability performance to senior management and external stakeholders
- Manage sustainability-related budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and international sustainability standards
- Represent the organization at sustainability-focused events and forums

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Advanced certification in sustainability or environmental management (e.g., LEED AP, ISSP Sustainability Professional)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability management or a related field
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives
- Strong knowledge of sustainability best practices, environmental regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP, SASB) and environmental management systems
- Experience with sustainability software and tools for data analysis and reporting
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives is highly desirable
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus
