**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Claim Specialist Planner in Riyadh. The Claim Specialist Planner will be responsible for claims processing, EOT, communication with Clients.

**Qualifications**

- Ability to lay out Extension of time or claim schedule.
- Knowledge of forensic scheduling.
- Creating a template for delay techniques, tools and templates from the start for the site planners for portfolio of projects.
- Reviewing Baseline Program from the potential claim position.
- Templates for cause and effect including records keeping for portfolio of projects.
- Able to develop Baseline Program.
- Ability to develop EOT Claim schedules from scratch to approvals.
- Assist in the development of templates, dashboards, and best practices.
- Contract interpretation of Portfolio projects.
- Ability to influence team members without having formal authority.
- Strong worth ethics, self-motivation, collaborator / team player.
- Ability to work with diverse work cultures.
- Ability to steer project managers and department managers.
- Initiative-taking, problem solving and can-do attitude, progressive learning mindset.
- Training Site Planning Engineers.
- Periodical Auditing Projects from a Planning, Scheduling and Reporting perspective.
- Mentoring and Coaching Junior Planning Engineers.
- Strong Command on Verbal, Written, Spoken English / Presentation skills.

**Education** - Regular Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil / Architectures and Electrical Engineering. A master’s degree will be an added advantage but not necessary.

**ERP and Tools**: P6 EPPM, TILOS (optional), Acumen Fuse, MS Projects, Milestones Professionals

Charted ACIArb, Certification from professional bodies such as AACE and PMI, Earned Value Measurements techniques.
