Qiddiya Investment Company is an innovative leader in the development of an extraordinary entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Director - Commercial to spearhead our commercial initiatives and drive sustainable revenue growth.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for devising and executing the overall commercial strategy across the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in managing our sales, marketing, and business development efforts while enhancing our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to integrate commercial objectives with the company’s vision. By building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, you will bolster strategic partnerships that elevate our brand and expand our reach. Your data-driven approach will guide decision-making and innovation within the commercial framework.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to enhance revenue and customer engagement.
- Lead and inspire the commercial team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee marketing programs to ensure alignment with business goals and brand positioning.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with stakeholders to protect company interests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in entertainment, leisure, or real estate industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies that yield measurable results.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Strong negotiation, communications, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
