Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve financial goals and enhance brand visibility.

  • Analyze market trends and performance data to refine strategic plans and identify new opportunities.

  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate commercial strategies with operational policies.
  • Monitor and report on commercial performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial leadership role within the entertainment, sports, or hospitality sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective commercial strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
