- Supervising the readiness of company branches and the availability of products according to the company's plans and strategy.
- Managing branch inventory and assessing surplus and shortages of products according to the company's sales plans and strategy.
- Supervising branch compliance with government regulations and internal policies.
- Reporting seasonal staffing needs to the Sales Manager.
- Reporting administrative operations of area supervisors to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborating with the Logistics Services Manager regarding branch preparations.
- Cooperating with the HR department to develop training programs for the development of area supervisors, branch managers, and employees.
- Resolving issues faced by area supervisors.
- Monitoring the performance of area supervisors and conducting annual evaluations.
- Performing other duties as assigned according to the nature of the work.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Five years of experience in the field
- Proficiency in using computers and Office software
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Persuasion skills
- Ability to handle work pressure
