Chef Garde Manager

We are looking for an Chef Garde Manager to be an effective member in Pullman Zamzam Madina and to be a great assist to the kitchen department and in the development of the hotel.

What you will be doing:

- Prepares and presents cold appetizers, salads, and desserts
- Ensures storage and handling of ingredients and products are done safely and properly
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen prep area
- Develops and updates menus, ensuring variety and balance based on customer preferences and dietary needs
- Collaborates with other chefs and kitchen staff in planning and executing large events or banquets
- Supervises and trains kitchen staff in proper techniques and procedures for food preparation and presentation
- Ensures quality and consistency of food products
- Manages inventory and cost-control measures to ensure profitability of the department and business
- Follows food safety regulations, including proper labeling and labeling of allergens.

**Qualifications**:
Your experience and skills include:

- At least 3 Years of experience in the position in a 5-star Hotel
- Saudi or with transferable Iqama
- Muslim is a must.
- Excellent leadership, communication and training skills
- Strong attention to detail, highly responsible, organized & reliable
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
