**2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**:
Drive Ma’aden’s major capital projects to successful completion by providing expert technical leadership for the preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to these projects

**3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:
**Qualification**:
1. Bachelors of Engineering (Specific discipline) + 2 years as Snr Engineer
2. Masters of Engineering (Specific discipline) + 2 years as Snr Engineer
3. PhD + 1,5 year as Snr Engineer

**Experience**:
International experience advantages

- Play a lead role for a portfolio of projects
- Solve problems involving multiple stakeholders

- Translate stakeholders needs/wants into specific technical deliverables

Responsible for the development, updating and implementation of project execution plans for all projects

Responsible for developing quality estimates and control base with quality cost control for all projects

Responsible for developing and managing of realistic schedule on projects

Ensure proper governance is in place and complied too on all projects, i.e. steering committees, gate reviews, decision review boards, Legal and Commercial requirements and audits

Responsible for meeting cash flow targets on all projects

Meet risk management requirements on all projects

Ensure that all appropriate functions are timely allocated and represented on all projects

Ensure that quality front-end-loading is done on all projects

Ensure that all project meet safety requirements

Handover and close-out of projects as per Ma'aden's technology requirements
