**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow client relationships within the heavy equipment industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Provide product knowledge, technical guidance, and support to customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management
- Travel as required for client visits, site inspections, and business meetings

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5+ years of proven experience** in heavy equipment sales within the Saudi market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment, machinery, and heavy equipment trading/rental
- Existing network of clients and industry contacts preferred
- Understanding of leasing, financing, and warranty options for heavy equipment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Valid **Saudi Driving License**:

- Willingness to travel as required
