Sr. HR Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- To lead, direct and guide to HR department, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive problems and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
- To oversee the recruitment process and lifecycle, including initial assessments, interviews, reference checks, and offers, up to On
- Boarding and Induction.
- To liaise with other department heads/PM’s in order to anticipate future hiring need and devise, forecast and budget hiring and employment visa strategy and cost accordingly.
- To oversee the grievance handling process, conflict resolution, leave management, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as per Uae Labor Law.
- To oversee learning and development programs, identify staff weakness, assessment, trainings and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employee by initiating successful performance appraisal process.
- To devise strategies for employee engagement and arrange staff events.
- Timely update management about different reports, presentations related to HR functions.
- To implement innovative and new practices.
- Perform any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the management.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or Sr. HR Officer
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources, KSA labor laws, and visa processes for both white and blue collar staff
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
- Degree or Certification in Human Resources or related field
- English communication skills both written and verbal are mandatory
- Other Languages: Hindi/Urdu (mandatory requirement)
