Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Assistant Project Manager - Program Coordination **to join our team In this role you will get to **work on one of the fastest growing projects in the kingdom.**
The Assistant Project Manager Program Coordinat ion will assist and support the organization’s Executive Leadership Team including the Program Director, Program Management Director, and Program Delivery Director carrying out high-level program development, policy research and analysis, advocacy, organizing, negotiations, communications, coalition building, organizational leadership, and management. In the course of this work, the Program Coordinator will receive mentoring in methods for developing, leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performance team to deliver on a mega portfolio of design and construction projects.
**Major Responsibilities**
Communications Support - Help the Program Director s monitor, prepare and disseminate written and spoken communications across multiple functions (Commercial & Procurement, Engineering, Project & Construction Management, Stakeholder Management, Project Controls, HSSE & Quality Assurance, People & Culture, Finance) and sectors (Mobility, Utilities, Roads & Bridges, Logistics).
Program Support - Assist the Program Director s in preparing and maintaining program materials and policy, expediting, and executing program initiatives across all functions and sector.
Program Support - R esearch and analyze program processes, procedures and activities and a i d in identifying risk and developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
Information Management - Help capture, process, and organize data and tasks to ensure effective management of Director’s workload.
Administrative Support - Schedule, organize and facilitate program meetings and functions; interact with the program team to organize logistics and maintain the program calendar and provide related support to the Executive Director.
COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT
- Assist in drafting, editing, and disseminating written communications
PROGRAM SUPPORT
- Take notes and action minutes at key program meetings
- Compile and disseminate program materials and documents
- Conduct policy research and literature review, as assigned
- Prepare briefs and memos on key program issues, as assigned
- Represent the organization positively in public at all times by acting as a professional
- representative and ambassador
- Support the mission and goals of the organization across all functions and sectors
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Help maintain and manage the Program calendar
- Organize, schedule, and prepare for meetings with key people and partners
- Maintain accountability to program systems and procedures
- Participate actively in staff meetings
- Plan, track, and report on functional and sector work in support of organizational coordination and synergy
- Contribute content for organizational communications
INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
- Help capture, process, and organize incoming demands on Director s
- Help maintain reference material, pro gram support materials and tickler files
**Qualifications**
College degree required, preferably in architecture, engineering, or business administration. 3-5 years minimum related experience in project management and/or delivery.
