**Nationality: Local citizen of KSA- Saudi National**

**Experience:

- Min 8 to 12 years in same discipline**

**Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department like MIS reports, cash flow data etc
- Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Handle Trial Balance, General Ledger and monthly closing reports
- Provide information and reports required by banks on Quarterly basis and for the renewal of bank facilities.
- Management of Insurance of Debtors, Property all risk and marine.
- Supervise preparation of Sales Invoices, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes.
- Supervise Staff Accountant,
- Monitor and follow-up on receivables that have been outstanding for unusually long periods of time.
- Ensure that all general ledger accounts are reconciled to subsidiary records on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
- Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Act as deputy to Finance Controller in the absence of finance controller.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
- Maintains high degree of confidentiality.
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Observe and adhere to HSE policies, procedures and safe working practices and report obvious hazards immediately to the proper personnel.

**Required Skills**:

- Advance Excel Skills
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- The ability to prepare reports, data and analysis
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Internet & E-mail Applications
- Excellent communication skills

**Required Education**:

- Accounting Degree
- _**Professional qualification such as CA or similar will be considered a plus**_

**Required** **Experience**:

- 8-12 years of work experience in the same capacity

**Salary**: ﷼9,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
