**Our client** is seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join their dynamic team. The company is a leading producer and distributor of high-quality, eco-friendly, reusable non-woven fabric bags, specializing in branded eco-packaging for supermarkets, footwear, fashion retailers, and corporate promotions.**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials to verify compliance with quality specifications and standards.
- Actively oversee production processes to ensure adherence to established quality guidelines and procedures.
- Perform a variety of tests on products, including dimensional measurements, functional assessments, and comparisons against specifications.
- Proactively identify any deviations from quality standards, including defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformities.
- Accurately document all detected defects, including their nature, location, and severity, for analysis and corrective action.
- Suggest and implement improvements to production processes to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports for the quality manager, summarizing inspection findings, test results, and corrective actions taken.
- Work closely with production teams and quality assurance personnel to ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct regular audits of suppliers to assess their quality control practices and ensure compliance with our standards.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in quality control is preferred.
- Proven experience as a quality inspector or in a similar role within the fabric or têxtile industry.
- Proficiency in using quality testing tools and equipment.
- A deep understanding of quality control standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
