Investor Relations Specialist

To manage communication between the company, its investors, and the financial community, ensuring transparency, trust, and alignment between business strategy and shareholder interests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver investor communications, including quarterly earnings releases, annual reports, press releases, and shareholder letters.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conference calls.
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and analyst reports to provide insights to senior management.
- Create investor presentations, fact sheets, and Q&A materials.
- Ensure timely and accurate disclosure of financial and operational performance in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the investor relations section of the company’s website.
- Gather and analyze investor feedback for management decision-making.
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams to align messaging.
- Support crisis communication efforts if required.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of financial statements, metrics, and valuation concepts.
- Familiarity with capital markets, investment analysis, and regulatory reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and investor relations tools/platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Relationship management and networking abilities.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or equity research.
- Knowledge of capital markets regulations and disclosure requirements.
- CFA or IR certification is an advantage.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
