Our esteemed client, a luxurious spa located in Riyadh City, is renowned for its world-class wellness services and unparalleled customer experiences. As part of their expansion efforts, they're on the lookout for a dedicated Receptionist to become the welcoming face of their establishment and elevate the guest experience.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Warmly greet guests upon their arrival and departure, creating a lasting impression.

Handle phone communications, book appointments, and manage any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Inform guests about our treatments, products, and spa amenities.

Conduct payment transactions and ensure a balanced cash drawer.

Work in unison with the spa team to maintain seamless daily operations.

Uphold a pristine and organized reception area.

Support the promotion and sales of spa packages and retail offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a Saudi national.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk position is preferred.
- Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a bonus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient multitasking and time management skills.
- A staunch commitment to exceptional customer service and a positive demeanor.
- Familiarity with spa reservation systems or related software is advantageous.
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: ﷼3,000.00 per month
