**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the structural engineering team in the design and delivery of projects.
- Provide technical oversight, quality assurance, and mentorship to structural engineers and drafters.
- Review and approve structural design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure structural designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural elements with the overall project design.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources from concept to construction.
- Resolve complex technical issues during design and construction phases.
- Review and approve third-party designs and conduct design audits if required.
- Stay updated on the latest engineering software, design tools, and construction technologies.
- Support business development efforts by providing technical input on proposals and tenders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Chartered Engineer or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural design, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of international and local structural design codes (e.g., ACI, Eurocode, IS codes).
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and AutoCAD/Revit.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with BIM and integrated project delivery.
- Exposure to industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with sustainable and green building design.
