Lead the technical delivery in multimedia, Network infrastructure, FA, BMS, GRMS & physical security projects and services activities related from a technical side.
- KPIS:

- Revenue and margins from LOB for assigned region
- Customer satisfaction & delivery against project spec

Development of LOB capabilities
- Review and ensure that the projects in LoB are delivered in a manner that ensures sustainable revenue.
- Review and ensure assignment of the technical teams on all projects and opportunities.
- Provide technical assistance to the multimedia, BMS & Security teams.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of service delivery to clients.
- Prepare the forecast resource utilization plan on a quarterly basis for purposes of planning resources on future assignments.
- Forecast manpower and prepare hiring plans for engineering resources to fulfill engineering needs based on approval of LoB Head & coordinate with HR department to fulfill approved hiring plans.
- Manage the technical status and monitors the execution of a given project to ensure that it is in line with the approved plan, timeline, and project cost - in case assuming the responsibility of Project Manager on a Specific project.- Ensure efficient processes are implemented.

Work closely with the quality teams to ensure excellent quality experience for the client
- Lead technical teams.
- Promote and foster a strong team culture and open and transparent communication.Provide training and development opportunities and serve in mentoring role for team.- Participate in the review of: Systems Requirements Analysis, Systems

Delivery Specs, User Procedure Documents, and Training Documents.

- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent technical report writing skills
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent knowledge about SLA terms

**Technical Skills**:

- Bachelor of Engineering with a specialization in Electronics, Communication, Mechatronics or Power Engineering.
- Min 15 years of technical experience, 5 - 8 years of them in the field of low current, building automation & management systems
- Good practical experience in low current, HCIS projects building automation & management system
