**Position Objective**:
Lead the full development cycle of high-end **towers, mixed-use developments, and luxury hotels**, ensuring a seamless blend of **architectural innovation, financial feasibility, and market competitiveness**. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing **landmark projects**, from conceptualization to execution, while maintaining the highest standards of design, sustainability, and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Development & Planning** - Define and implement innovative development strategies tailored to high-rise and luxury hospitality projects.
- **Project Lifecycle Management** - Oversee all project phases, from feasibility studies, site selection, and design, to construction, branding, and operational handover.
- **Architectural Excellence & Design Oversight** - Ensure that all developments align with global luxury standards, integrating **iconic design, sustainability, and smart technologies**.
- **Stakeholder & Regulatory Management** - Engage with investors, government entities, consultants, and operators to streamline approvals and project execution.
- **Financial & Risk Management** - Optimize budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure project profitability while delivering premium quality developments.
- **Brand Alignment & Hospitality Focus** - Work closely with **hotel operators and global design firms** to ensure architectural integrity aligns with the brand identity and guest experience.
- **Innovation & Market Trends** - Stay ahead of emerging trends in **luxury high-rises, branded residences, and five-star hotels**, ensuring competitive differentiation.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate development**, specializing in high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, and luxury hotels.
- **Bachelor’s degree in architecture** (master’s in real estate development or a related field is a plus).
- Strong expertise in **skyscraper design, hospitality developments, and mixed-use project execution**.
- A proven track record in managing **high-value developments ($500M+ projects)** from conception to completion.
- Extensive knowledge of **zoning laws, sustainability certifications, and international hospitality brand standards**.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
