**Job Description: Sales Executive - Landscaping / Interlock / Screed / Flooring**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Generate leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Identify and establish relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and present product solutions.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- **Product Knowledge & Promotion**:
- Demonstrate expertise in landscaping, interlock, screed, and flooring products and services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and innovations in related industries.
- **Quotations & Negotiations**:
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on project specifications.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:
- Work closely with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in sales within the landscaping, interlock, screed, or flooring industry.
- Strong knowledge of materials, installation processes, and industry standards.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Familiarity with project specifications, technical drawings, and relevant construction documents.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales tools.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
