**Job Purpose**:
To oversee the documentation lifecycle, including creation, storage, retrieval, and dissemination of documents, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards while supporting project execution and operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update document control systems to track and organize all project-related documents, drawings, contracts, and correspondences.
- Ensure proper filing (electronic and hard copies) and easy retrieval of documents.
- Manage the distribution and tracking of documents to relevant stakeholders.
**Compliance**:
- Verify that documents comply with company standards, client requirements, and local regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
**Coordination**:
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely submission and receipt of documentation.
- Act as the point of contact for all document-related queries and requests.
**Monitoring and Reporting**:
- Track document revision status, approvals, and deadlines.
- Generate and maintain logs, reports, and dashboards for management review.
**Archiving and Retrieval**:
- Archive project documentation systematically for easy access during and after project completion.
- Assist in retrieving documents during audits, inspections, or legal proceedings.
**Support**:
- Provide administrative support to project teams regarding documentation requirements.
- Train staff on document management software and processes, if needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience in document control, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
- Familiarity with Saudi construction regulations and standards is a plus.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in document control software (Aconex, Procore, EDMS).
- Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
**Knowledge**:
- Impeccable Written and spoken English
- Word to navigate through a letter and ensure proper referencing headers footers...
