**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons on caregiving topics, including but not limited to, personal care, patient safety, communication skills, and basic healthcare procedures.
- Develop and maintain course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Offer support and guidance to students in and outside of class to ensure their success.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in the caregiving field.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure the quality and consistency of the program.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Social Work, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience working in caregiving or a related healthcare setting.
- Teaching or training experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
**Schedule & Compensation**:
- Part-time hours (flexible schedule available).
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
- Additional benefits may be available depending on employment status.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ﷼50.00 - ﷼60.00 per hour
