**Key Responsibilities**

**Talent Acquisition & Onboarding**
- **Onboarding**: Prepare new-hire documentation, process background checks, and conduct engaging HR orientation sessions to welcome new employees.

**Employee Relations & Administration**
- **Employee Support**: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and general HR procedures.
- **Management**: Accurately enter and maintain all employee data (new hires, terminations, transfers, compensation changes).
- **Compliance**: Ensure meticulous record-keeping, file management, and adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.

**Benefits & Compensation**
- **Benefits Administration**: Manage the annual open enrollment process and assist employees with day-to-day questions regarding health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- **Leave Management**: Administer and track various leave programs, including FMLA, parental leave, and PTO, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

**Required**
- 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist or Specialist role.
- Solid knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
