We are seeking an experienced and creative **Innovation Consultant** to join our team at HUED. This role is ideal for a visionary professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and has a passion for driving impactful innovation across industries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities aligned with business strategy.
- Lead workshops, design sprints, ideation sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to inform innovation strategies.
- Design and manage innovation programs, pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Evaluate new ideas for feasibility, viability, and desirability using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, R&D, and operations teams to bring innovations to life.
- Create compelling business cases and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Monitor global innovation trends, startup ecosystems, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to internal innovation capability building.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

**Experience**:

- 5+ years in innovation consulting, strategy, product development, or a related field.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end innovation or strategic initiatives.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and change projects.

**Skills & Tools**:

- Deep knowledge of innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Jobs to Be Done).
- Strong facilitation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in business model design and market analysis.
- Creative thinker who thrives in ambiguity and drives execution.
- Familiarity with tools like Miro, Figma, Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus.

**Languages**:

- Proficiency in Arabic and English required.
