The Director of Business Development Division is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of strategies to grow the business while optimizing the efficient use of resources. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring that the division’s initiatives are implemented on time, within budget, and without unnecessary overtime or delays.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement business development strategies that maximize resource efficiency and align with company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while ensuring optimal allocation of team efforts to prevent delays and avoidable costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, prioritizing value-driven results without compromising resource management.
- Oversee and monitor the performance of the business development team to ensure on-time delivery of key projects and avoid overtime or budget overruns.
- Analyze and monitor market trends and competitor activities, ensuring that the division adapts quickly without resource waste.

**Qualifications**
