**About this role**
- The Water O&M Manager will supervise and lead all water production and distribution activities within RCBU;
- He will be responsible for managing and monitoring water services within RCBU;
- He will work towards the reduction of the time required to implement new water connections;
- He will ensure personnel in charge of water services are properly trained and have the correct tools and equipment to carry out their jobs;
- He will supervise and monitors all aspects regarding the delivery of services by O&M contractors;
- He will contribute to the implementation of the Enabling Projects;
- He will monitor water O&M costs and make recommendations for improvement;
- He will analyze incidents on water network and plants and when necessary recommend changes to procedures to prevent future occurrences;
- He will ensure that technical documentation up to date;
- He will participate in an on-call duty roster as required to ensure objectives are met and security of the service provision is maintained as instructed by Management;
- He will adhere, respect and ensure the adherence to the company Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Policy and Procedures at all times.

**What you need to bring**
- Bachelor of Engineering;
- 15 - 20 years’ experience;
- Direct experience in water and wastewater treatment;
- English - Excellent;
- Arabic - Excellent & Preferable.
