Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Procurement Engineer **to join our team in Engineering Management In this role, you will work closely with the project management team to source the required sub-consultants during the bidding stage. You will support in the procurement process and work on the development of the process. You will be reporting directly to the procurements Manger.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Assist the Procurement cycle, issue of RFPs, clarification of requirements, sub-consultants’ selection, preparation, and evaluation of bids/tenders, to contract award.
- Ability to negotiate with sub-consultants and investigate cost savings through innovative solutions.
- Work closely with the bid team to define the Subconsultants’ scope of works.
- Work closely with the legal team to define and negotiate Contracts terms and conditions.
- Review, implement the existing procurement process.
- Actively participates in the Quality Improvement Process.
- Ensures compliance with the Company’s business ethics policy.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Positively influence key stakeholders within the bid process.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Degree BSC, in supply chain management, economics, finance or operations or engineering.
- Typically min 2years of related work experience in procurement and supply chain.
- Broad experience in a variety of procurement assignments, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required.
- Saudi Nationals only.
