Learn more about our extraordinary teams building inspiring projects in our Impact Report. **Job Summary**: The Cooperative Training will be given an overview and training in various Human Resources functions/verticals, The primary coverage will be on the processes based on a two-month program. **Major Responsibilities**: Cooperative Trainees will work under the supervision and guidance of respective vertical leaders and will work closely with team leads and supervisors for day-to-day activities as follows: - Students will be learning various systems and procedures which are used by these verticals. - Collaborative Trainees would be provided training and expected to assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports/activities including developing and utilizing databases, and various other reports. - Shadowing and learning from experienced professionals in the field. - Assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects. - Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills. - Conducting research and analysis as required. - Contributing innovative ideas and solutions to ongoing projects. **Education and Experience Requirements**: - Students must be in the final stages of graduation. - Bachelor of Science Degree program in in Human Resources Management at an accredited college or university - Students should qualify to undergo the training as part of the university curriculum - Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of (2.5 out of 4) or (4 out of 5) Excellent skills in oral and written communication - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office **Required Knowledge and Skills**: - Ability to work well in a team - Time management and organizational skills - Willingness to learn and take on new challenges - Attention to detail and accuracy - Adaptability and flexibility - Students should be from the core Human Resources field. - Good Academic background. - The Students must know the basic principles and practices **Total Rewards/Benefits**: **Diverse teams build the extraordinary**: As a global company, Bechtel has long been home to a vibrant multitude of nationalities, cultures, ethnicities, and life experiences.
