Project: This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.
Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre experienced people.
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking continuous improvement manager to join our established and growing team in Saudi.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing the lessons learned register and identifying areas for improvement.
- Presenting to the organisation improvement opportunities together with the investment required (times/ cost).
- Working in collaboration with functional leads to identify improvement opportunities by leading working groups, performing interviews, analysing performance data, and presenting recommendations to the senior leadership team (SLT).
- Building LEAN process capability across the programme team.
- Facilitating process improvement activities.
- Developing reporting formats and collating data related to continuous improvement and its effectiveness.
- Acting as a facilitator for problem resolution in programme management, functional teams and cross-functional process improvements - acting as a coach to the team.
- Participating in the annual maturity assessment and using results to influence areas for continuous improvement.
- Managing the physical update of processes and procedures with the programme management information system (PMIS).
- Working closely with the training managers to communicate where process updates have been made to the wider organisation.

With a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
