Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Operations & Maintenance Manager**to join our team In this role, you will manage several projects in progress to modernizing the facility and operations within the Aviation industry.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Provide a program monitoring and reporting services, document
control, technical/operations analysis and technical support services to the airport navigational and communication facilities.
- Lead periodic schedule of the equipment inspection and maintenance.
- Perform, plan, and coordinate the daily operations and maintenance personnel assignments.
- Work is performed independently under mínimal supervision and will perform airfield inspections.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Experience leading airfield, security & fire maintenance teams for operation and maintenance work / planned preventive maintenance.
- Knowledge or experience implementing service level agreements for all Engineering maintenance Services.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Must demonstrate proficiency in management and client relations skills.
- Must be capable of conducting focused briefings to all levels of management.
