**Role**
As a Sales Manager - Saudi Arabia, you will drive business growth by finding new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting RMSI’s geospatial solutions. This role focuses on developing sales strategies, expanding market reach, and delivering GIS solutions across industries like utilities, telecom, and mapping. You will work with internal teams to create proposals and close deals, strengthening RMSI’s presence in the Saudi market.
**Responsibilities**
- **Sales Strategy**: Developing new strategies for new prospects in all segments of GIS related services.
- **Market Development**:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Saudi market, positioning RMSI as a leader in GIS consulting.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, aligning RMSI’s offerings to meet client needs, with a strong focus on relationship-based selling.
- **Sales Enablement**:Collaborate with sales teams on proposals, presentations, and demonstrations, with travel as needed.
- **Industry Representation**: Represent RMSI at events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and gathering market insights.
- **Sales Execution**: Drive and close sales opportunities through a hunter mentality, with a focus on proactively seeking out new leads and business opportunities.
**Skill & Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years in business development or sales, ideally within GIS, consulting, or related sectors in Utility, Telecom, Mapping and Sustainability business
- Proven track record in relationship-based selling, especially in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals in both languages.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a sales hunter role.
