We’re looking for fresh, talented Creative Lead who is ready to lead designers from agencies. It’s an amazing time to join the Creative Team at Informa Markets, as we continue to deliver game-changing creative experiences for some of the best brands in the events world. This is where you come in.

**What you'll do**:

- ** Experience with Briefs**: familiar with a concept brief or creative brief for an event, product, or company.
- ** Design Evaluation.**:

- ** Agency Collaboration**: worked with agencies on a creative brief.
- ** Mood Board Preparation**: Prepared mood boards for an event, product, or company.
- ** Concept Evaluation**.
- ** Brand Guidelines**: managed to develop a master creative and brand guidelines for an event, product, or company.
- ** Team Leadership**: experience in leading a team, even if they will initially work independently.
- ** Role Expectations**: The Senior Creative Lead will report to the Creative Director and will need to:

- Lead creative efforts and manage projects end-to-end.
- Be skilled in design, not just leadership.

**Qualifications**
- You have minimum 9 to 10 years of experience in Design and managing a Creative Team.

**Required Tools and Skills**:

- Familiarity with design tools such as:

- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- Photoshop
- Experience in designing web banners, GIFs, and animated banners is essential.
- You’re an excellent communicator

**International Relocation Package**:

- Individual annual flight allowance
- Paid flight home for individual and end of service gratuity payment when leaving the company (if applicable)

**Local Relocation Package**:

- Paid flight to Riyadh - individual and family (up to a max of three children)
- 30 days accommodation or suitable serviced apartment from arrival date or a one-off payment of SAR 5,000
- Up to SAR 2,500 reimbursement of shipping goods/excess baggage costs
