**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and detail.
- Analyze and assess tender submissions from contractors and subcontractors.
- Manage procurement and contract administration processes.
- Monitor project costs against budgets, preparing detailed financial reports.
- Conduct site visits to validate costs and verify project progress.
- Provide advice on contractual obligations and potential risks.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify cost-saving opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proven ability to manage large projects and administer contracts effectively.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques and budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in construction management software and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local regulations and construction practices in Saudi Arabia is advantageous.
