Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah for a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator. The role involves preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing and planning project costs, monitoring cost controls, and preparing detailed cost reports. Additionally, the selected candidate will assess project requirements, support procurement processes, and ensure alignment with budgets and project objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Planning
- Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Reporting
- Strong skills in Cost Management and the ability to monitor and plan budgets effectively
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying and cost estimation
