We are seeking an experienced **Dell Enterprise Field Service Engineer** to support and maintain Dell infrastructure solutions, including **PowerEdge, PowerScale, and PowerProtect** systems. This role requires deep expertise in Dell enterprise hardware, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform on-site support, diagnostics, and upgrades for mission-critical environments.

**Responsibilities**
- **Perform weekly system health checks** on Dell hardware, analyze logs, and proactively address potential issues to prevent failures.
- **Execute firmware and software upgrades** with mínimal downtime, including pre-upgrade testing, backup validation, and post-upgrade performance verification.
- **Diagnose and replace Customer Replaceable Units (CRUs) and Field Replaceable Units (FRUs)**, ensuring compliance with Dell best practices.
- **Provide urgent on-site support for critical issues and escalations**, including after-hours and emergency service when required.
- **Conduct controlled power cycles** while ensuring system stability and preventing operational disruptions.
- **Maintain detailed inventory reports** of Dell hardware and software, ensuring accurate tracking of assets and configurations.
- **Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues**, escalating to Dell OEM support teams when necessary.
- **Document all activities** in a structured monthly checklist, including completed tasks, pending issues, and recommended actions.
- **Provide knowledge transfer and training sessions** to customers on Dell system maintenance and best practices.

**Qualifications (Must-Have)**

**Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure** with a focus on **Dell PowerEdge, PowerScale, and PowerProtect** systems.
**Experience in field service engineering, hardware diagnostics, and on-site customer support.**
**Dell Technologies Proven Professional Certification** (e.g., PowerEdge, PowerProtect, or PowerScale) or equivalent hardware certification.
**Strong technical expertise in firmware upgrades, hardware replacements, and system troubleshooting.**
**Experience working in data centers, enterprise IT environments, or large-scale infrastructure projects.**
**Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.**

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **CompTIA Server+ or equivalent IT hardware certification.**:

- **Experience with enterprise storage, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), or networking (Cisco, Dell EMC).**:

- **Prior work experience as a Dell Field Service Engineer (FSE) or similar role.**
