Relationship Manager and New Branch Support Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with Saudi Arabian stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.

Act as the primary point of contact for Saudi clients, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns with cultural sensitivity.

Understand and cater to the specific needs of Saudi clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

New Branch Opening Support:
Assist in opening a new regional branch in Saudi Arabia by working closely with the management team and relevant stakeholders.

Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and business planning for the new branch, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Coordinate with local authorities and agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary licenses and permits.

Support the recruitment and onboarding process for local staff, ensuring a smooth transition and effective team establishment.

Collaborate with the operations team to establish efficient processes and workflows for day-to-day branch operations.

General Service:
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management related to the new branch.

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the branch team.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance for the new branch, ensuring an organized and functional workspace.

Provide support to other departments with ad-hoc tasks, showcasing flexibility and contributing to organizational success.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in relationship management or account management, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience supporting the opening of a new branch, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and knowledge of Saudi business etiquette.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, particularly within the Saudi context.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, embracing change and demonstrating resilience.

**Salary**: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
