Ram clinics looking for Clinic Managers Saudi national to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of outpatient and medical facilities. To provide administrative support for staff members, liaise with patients and healthcare professionals, and coordinate patient care services a line with organizational standards.

**Work locations**:
**Saudi Arabia - Dammam**,
**Al Khobar, Jubail, and Yanbu**

**Requirements of the Clinic Manager position**

**Education**

Bachelor's degree, ideally in healthcare administration or a similar administration field.

**Skills**

Clinic Managers must have excellent organizational and communication skills in order to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Coordinate the preparation and training of new staff members.
- Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals including marketing, Branding and Customer service strategy.
- Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed.
- Ensure implementation of organization protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity.
- Act as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff.
- Act as a liaison between branch staff and headquarter department manager management.
- Plan and manage the clinic's performance and quality.
- Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws. including Ministry of health Ministry of labor office and the Council of cooperative health insurance.

**Qualifications for Clinic Manager**:

- 2+ years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- 2+ years of proven success in leadership roles is required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions.
- Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to delegate tasks as needed.
- Ability to spend long periods of time sitting at a desk.
- Knowledge of a second language is an asset.
