The Role
- A Contracts Administrator specializing in claims primarily focuses on overseeing and resolving contractual disputes and claims that arise during construction projects. - This role entails carefully examining contracts, pinpointing potential areas of disagreement, and advising project teams on contractual obligations and rights. - The Contracts Administrator works closely with project managers, subcontractors, and legal teams to evaluate the legitimacy of claims, compile supporting evidence, and negotiate settlements.

**Requirements**:

- Documenting claim events - Preparing claim submissions, - Representing the company's interests in dispute resolution processes like mediation, arbitration, or litigation. - Contractual claims experience - Riyadh based - Immediately available - Must Have Valid Valid Iqama
