As a **Rigger Level**, you will be responsible for leading rigging operations on-site, ensuring safety standards are met, and overseeing complex lifting operations. You will be working with large, heavy equipment and machinery, and will be expected to use your expertise to plan, organize, and execute lifting and rigging tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and oversee complex rigging and lifting tasks.
- Supervise and direct lower-level riggers in daily operations.
- Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
- Develop and implement lifting plans for heavy and complex equipment.
- Inspect rigging equipment and assess rigging conditions before use.
- Operate cranes, hoists, and other rigging equipment as required.
- Identify potential risks associated with lifting tasks and take corrective actions as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in rigging, with expertise in heavy lifting operations.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute complex rigging tasks.
- **Certified Rigger** with **NCCCO**, **OSHA**, or equivalent certifications (preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise and guide a team.
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with lifting operations.
- Solid understanding of safety standards and regulations in rigging.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a field environment.
- **Transferable Iqama** and ability to join immediately.
