**Job Description Summary**:
- The Human Resources Analyst performs a variety of forecasting, analysis and reporting of moderately complex data. which includes but not limited to: budgets, performance indices, survey analysis, planning, and reporting activities in Policies, Total Rewards, Planning and/or Organizational Development. to support JHAH HR's current and future initiatives' viability and continued sustainability that is aligned to JHAH's overall strategic and operational goals.

- Manage the administration of various programs such as the annual performance reviews incentive and merit increase and incentive programs payroll cycles organizational structure development to name a few
- Administer GL allocation wage type and Business Analysis and Planning processes for HR and JHAH overall
- Coordinate travel logistics for new and departing employees relocations expense allocation related to all costs incurred for and by JHAH staff Analyze and recommend costoptimized options
- Monitor and report timekeeping cyclesrequests and mentor less senior timekeepers across the JHAH organization
- Generate reports such as business plans accountability reports statistical reports and any related reports for management review and endorsement
- Research and collect market data analysis and formulate recommendations that are aligned with JHAH HR objectives
- Analyze manpower labor budgets within the established operating plan and standards Implement cost control measures to meet schedule and program objectives Compile statistics and research best practices incorporating results into decision making process
**Minimum Education Required**:
- Bachelor Degree in HR or related field
**Professional Certifications Required**:
- HR Certification Preferred
**Years of Experience**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
**Languages**:
